Why J&M
J&M is not a reseller putting a margin on someone else's equipment. We are part of the company that manufactures it — and that changes everything that happens after the sale.
A joint venture with the manufacturer, not a distributorship. No importer, no agent and no stacked margin between you and the people who design and assemble the machine.
We hold the main assemblies and most consumables in Zeeland. When something wears out, it ships domestically the same week — not on a six-week order from overseas.
Our resident engineer designs and assembles this equipment; he is not a technician working from a manual. No fault is serious enough that you wait for someone to fly in.
Materials Jinsung Tech Korea has proven over decades, paired with electrical components from global brands. That combination is why these machines run without nuisance faults.
Zeeland, Michigan
Not a sales office. Machines are assembled, wired and tested on this floor before they ship to you — and the parts you'll need later sit on these shelves.
Equipment
From fabric cutting through welding, slat processing, rail cutting, assembly and final inspection. Over 25 machines in the full range.

Fabric cutting
Cuts any shape from a CAD file, at any length. Dual head — ultrasonic for sealed edges, crush cut for coated fabric.

Fabric cutting
Feeds, measures and cuts multiple sizes back to back, sealing all four sides. One machine and one operator replace ten semi-automatic cutters.

Fabric cutting
Seals the edge as it cuts, so linen, flame-retardant and awning fabric never fray. Output tunable to the fabric.

Fabric cutting
A thirty-year steady seller. Pneumatic oval H.S.S. knife for a straight, clean section on sunscreen and blackout fabric.

Fabric cutting
Cuts five to fifteen sheets of Silhouette, Triple Shade or Tramonto in one pass. A pneumatic clamp locks the stack before the knife moves, so every sheet comes out the same.

Fabric cutting
Needs no electricity and no air compressor — nothing to plug in, nothing to pipe. Stacks five to fifteen sheets of sunscreen or blind fabric and cuts them with an ordinary blade you can change yourself for very little.

Fabric cutting
Hand-held ultrasonic cutting that seals as it goes, straight or curved. You set how heavy the seal is by how fast you move. Handle horn and table horn swap over in seconds.

Honeycomb & pleated
A foot valve drops a high speed steel knife straight down, so cellular and pleated fabric cuts square in one movement whatever its thickness. Punches the cord holes in the same stroke.

Fabric welding
Scan the barcode and the machine sets the bottom pocket size and aligns the jigs itself. Fully digital control of welding and cooling time.

Fabric welding
Folds the fabric into a 20–70 mm bottom pocket and welds it. Handles zippers, PVC stick and dissimilar materials.

Fabric welding
Ultrasonic welding that finishes a vertical vane in under a second, with welding and cooling time set on the touch screen.

Accessories
Fuses blind cord with no visible seam, and the joint holds over 30 kg. Heater temperature changes in seconds.

Wood venetian
Punches wood or PVC slats and assembles the ladder thread in one pass. Fifty slats, punched through to assembled, in two minutes.

Aluminum venetian
Forming, punching, cutting and thread assembly in a single automatic cycle. Thirty slats a minute.

Head rail punching
Punches, cuts and drills head rails and bottom bars in one CNC setup. Punching die, H.S.S. cutting die and automatic drill on one machine.

Rail cutting
Enter the size and the stop bar moves itself. Cuts head rail, tube and bottom bar to matched lengths from one stored recipe.

Inspection
Holds four to eight finished blind sets at once. Checks for lean and defects, and lets the operator finish the bottom while it hangs.

Assembly & inspection
Builds the shades that are hardest to assemble — Silhouette, Ecolux, Shangri-La, Triple Shade — in about five minutes, then inspects them on a light box.

Material handling
Circulating storage that brings the right roll to the operator instead of the operator walking to it. 100–120 rolls over 7 m.

Vertical blind
Enter the window size and the machine works out the rest — it cuts, punches and folds the vane in one pass, and straightens the fabric on the way out. Over three times the output of doing it by hand.
By process
Most shops come to us with a problem rather than a part number. These are the four places production usually backs up.
Ultrasonic, crush cut, rotary knife and XY tables. The right method depends on your fabric — linen and awning fabric need a sealed edge, sunscreen does not.
Bottom pockets, zipper welding and edge sealing, from a hand-fed machine up to a fully automatic barcode-driven welder.
Wood and aluminum slat forming, punching and ladder assembly; saw and computerized cutting for rails, tubes and bottom bars.
Assembly tables, inspection hoists and light boxes — so defects are caught before the shade leaves your building.
Engineering service
Planning a new plant, or rearranging the one you already run? We model your floor in 3D with every machine placed to scale — so you can check clearances, material flow and operator positions, and work out throughput and payback before anything is ordered.
Less material wasted. Fewer steps walked. More output from the same floor.
Ask about it when you request a quote and we will scope it with you.
Over 25 machines with specifications, capacities and power requirements. No form to fill in first.
Contact
What you make, what fabric you run and where it slows down. We'll tell you honestly whether we have a machine for it — and if we don't, we'll say so.
